Glue Sticks
Tip: Removing glue from clothing
Pre-soak clothing in cold water for 10 minutes. Follow the washing instructions on the garment label. Do not dry clean.
Tip: For long-lasting results
Place cap on glue stick when not in use to keep from drying out. Keep from freezing.
Tip: Lick the habit
Instead of licking an envelope, secure it with a Pritt® Glue Stick!
What can I use the PrittŪ Glue Sticks on?
Pritt® Glue Sticks can be used on any type of paper and are perfect for school, home or office.
How long does it take for the PrittŪ Glue Stick to dry?
The adhesive is repositionable up to 2 minutes, giving you plenty of time to decide what and where you want to stick.
Adhesive Rollers
For best application results:
- Always place paper on a flat, solid surface.
- Hold the applicator at a slight angle over the area to be glued.
- Apply firm pressure to the dispenser tip.
- Glide the applicator in a straight line across the paper. Important: Circular or wavy applications may cause the film to come off the guides and possibly tear.
- For a clean break, stop applying glue, then lift the dispenser at a slight angle.
Tip: Get noticed!
Get your message across by using Pritt® Adhesive Rollers to make your own self-stick notes with ANY size, shape or colour paper.
Tip: Permanent Solutions
For large areas, apply several lines of adhesive to get the best bond and be sure to apply adhesive all the way to the edges. The precision applicator tip makes getting into tight corners easy.
Tip: Sticking with the right "colour"
We've colour-coded Pritt® Adhesive Roller tips to make sticking easy. For a permanent bond, use Pritt® permanent adhesive (red tip). For temporary and repositionable applications, use Pritt® adhesive (yellow tip).
What kind of paper can the PrittŪ adhesive rollers be used on?
Pritt® Adhesive Rollers can be used on all types of paper, even very thin paper. However, we recommend testing on delicate papers prior to use. Since Pritt® Glue-It™ Adhesive Rollers are a "dry" adhesive, the adhesive won't soak through or wrinkle paper. For clean and easy decorating, apply a line of permanent Pritt® Glue-It™ adhesive to greeting cards and sprinkle with glitter - you don't have to wait for the card to dry before you mail it!
When should I use PrittŪ Adhesive Roller instead of a PrittŪ Glue Stick?
Of course, it is individual preference. In most cases you could use either product, because both are perfect for paper applications. However, each one offers unique advantages. Pritt® Glue Sticks allow quick, wide coverage and are great for large applications such as arts & crafts projects. Pritt® Adhesive Rollers are better suited for applications where precision is important. The precise applicator tip applies glue all the way to the corners and the adhesive applies dry, smooth and flat - no wrinkles, no dry time, no waiting. In either case, we think you will be pleased with the performance of both Pritt® Glue Sticks and Pritt® Adhesive Rollers.
Correction Rollers
Tightening a tape loop
Apply Pritt™ Correct-It® correction film to a scrap of paper. After several applications, the loop will disappear.
For best application results
- Always place paper on a flat, solid surface.
- Hold the applicator at a slight angle over the area to be corrected.
- Apply firm pressure to the dispenser tip.
- Glide the applicator in a straight line across the paper making sure that the tip comes in full contact with the paper. Important: Circular or wavy applications may cause the film to come off the guides and possibly tear.
- For a clean break, stop at the end of the corrected section and lift the dispenser at a slight angle. If the edge of the correction tape doesn't stick, smooth down with your finger.
Uses
